What counts as an "internal user"?
Internal users are members of your firm — project managers, principals, coordinators, and support staff. Client users (your clients' team members accessing the portal) are licensed separately via the Client Seat Add-On.
What is included in the white-label configuration?
White-label includes your custom domain, logo, brand colors, and platform name. No Fieldora branding is visible to your clients. Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Can I switch plans as my firm grows?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated to your billing cycle. We'll also help you configure the additional modules when you upgrade.
What modules are included in the Professional plan?
Professional includes Modules 1–10: Lease Negotiation, Design Development, Architect Selection, Architect Management, Permitting, Contractor Selection, RFP Management, Project Management (all sub-modules), Store Opening, and Restaurant Opening. Meeting Architecture is included on all plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Professional or Business plans. Enterprise deployments include a dedicated onboarding engagement — pricing included in the custom Enterprise quote.
What does "dedicated tenant environment" mean for Enterprise?
Enterprise subscribers receive database-level isolation — your data, and your clients' data, exists in a dedicated environment separate from other subscribers. This is the standard required by large operators and lenders.
How does the AI Schedule Intelligence module work?
When the master schedule falls behind a configurable threshold, the AI generates multiple recovery scenarios — overtime, additional crews, sequence reoptimization — each with estimated days recovered, cost impact, and risk level. Available on Business and Enterprise.
What does Legal Intelligence cover?
Legal Intelligence provides AI-powered research on construction contract and lease provisions, with jurisdiction-specific analysis. It covers common disputes — differing site conditions, change order entitlement, contract termination — without requiring outside counsel for every question.
Is the meeting recording feature available on all plans?
Yes. Meeting Architecture — including recording, transcription, AI-assisted minutes drafting, Meeting Delta Reports, and action item tracking — is included on all plans.
